Don't think by the title that I am referring to anything wrong with being a "Transplanted Floridian". Another term that has been used to describe this group of people is "Half-Backs". A half-back (not a derogatory term) is defined as someone that has moved from one of the Northern States trying to escape the cold and harsh winters that we around here consider intolerable. These individuals are traveling South to the land of Oranges, Sun and Mickey Mouse. After a few years, they begin to realize that the sun is great, but Mickey gets annoying, the taxes and insurance premiums are very high … (0 comments)
