The 80 Dodge Condo project has been an exciting project to be a part of, and now things are really starting to get moving.
Part of the overall project is the reconstruction of he facade of the Beverly Hills Plaza. The owners of this retail space have accepted bids on the construction and are expected to begin the transformation in early June. The contractor that is choosen will be staging their equipment in the parking lot adjecent to the old Vatterott College building which must come down to begin construction on the first 80 Dodge tower. As the renovation of the Beverly Hills Plaza is completed, the developers of 80 Dodge will begin preparing for the demolition of the Vatterott building. I expect this to begin as space in the staging area allows. Bellow are a few new renderings of the project. Including the 4th floor indoor pool, 4th floor terrace, and an updated view of the 80 Dodge tower from the 80th street and Dodge corner.
