1. Where are the storage units and how much space is available?
a. There will be storage in each parking space. The size will be about 9' x 2' x 4'.
b. There will also be extra storage that can be purchased.
2. What's being done in terms of sound proofing the units?
a. The wall separating the units will have extra layers of drywall, an extra layer of metal hat channels (studs), and an acoustical separation material. This wall system will perform as well as 2 separate walls and has a very good STC rating.
3. Are the windows energy efficient?

We have invited Dodge Cares Inc., a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation supported by NP Dodge sales associates, employees, companies, and community contibutors, to attend and accept donations to be distributed to qualified nonprofit organizations that provide food, shelter, and comfort for the homeless, displaced, and abused in Eastern NE and Western IA.

80 Dodge-Omaha City Council Vote in Favor of Preliminary Plat - 10/18/07 11:21 AM
We have more exciting news to report at 80 Dodge. Tuesday, October 16th the Omaha City Council voted in favor of the preliminary plat for 80 Dodge. Final approval is expected within a few weeks.
We are now 27% reserved and the retail space is over 50% committed, with our model/selections center having just had it's grand opening in August. With all the excitement and interest in the 80 Dodge condo project we expect continued success.

First I'd like start with I do not smoke, I do not gamble often, and I do not get Keno, however I do have my vises. With that said I'd like someone to help explain to me the reasoning behind Omaha's and now most likly Ralston's reasoning behind the need to exempt Keno bars from their smoking ban?

Many know that I enjoy biking. Wether it's taking my kids out on the Papio Trail with our tag-a-long train of my daughters bugy attached to my sons one wheeled tandem attached to my bike, racing in the Papillion Crit, or taking my mountain bike through the trees at Swanson Park in Bellevue, I have always enjoyed just getting out and riding. Papillion/LaVista Softball Championship Berth - 10/13/07 09:27 PM
The 34-4 Papillion/LaVista Monarch Softball team defeated Lincoln Southwest 4-0 on Friday Oct. 12th to clench a beth in the Class A Softball Championship. This gave the team a chance to secure the 12th softball championship over the last 13 years.
Lincoln Southwest went on to defeat Omaha Westside, 6-0, to earn a rematch with the Monarchs in the championship. However, the Monarchs were still too much for Lincoln and the Monarchs went on to earn the championship. Congratulation Monarchs

A great condo project keeps getting better. There are some exciting changes coming to 80 Dodge, partly due to feed back from our buyers. Stay tuned, I should be able to report the full details soon.

Papillion NE Anaxation Plans Put on Hold - 10/10/07 09:40 AM
September 13th, I know I am a bit behind, Sarpy County Judge William Zastra put a stop to the City of Papillion's plans to annex a strip of land along Hwy 370 until a decision on a lawsuit made by Sarpy County in regards to the annexation can be made. The judge's decisions was made by determining that the land is not contiguous or adjacent.
Papillion's overall city growth plans include this land to enable it to eventually annex land at the intersection of Hwy 370 and I-80 a potential gateway to the city.

Omaha Business Profile-WineStyles - 10/09/07 08:58 AM
As many know the 80 Dodge Condo project often has wine tasting parties on Wednesday evenings. On two occasions we invited WineStyles to co-host our party and to do their wine tasting presentation that they do on Fridays at their stores.
I personally have never been much of a wine drinker. I just couldn't find a taste for it. However, the concept that WineStyles has come up with of categorizing their wine makes it easy for a non wine drinker like myself to quickly find a style of wine that I like.

I recently applied for and received a personal license plate for the car I use most for my real estate business. The plate (80 DODGE) advertises a condo project I am a part of here in Omaha NE. Besides the license plate I have my logo, website, and broker advertised in vinyl lettering on my rear window. I am wondering if I have gone too far with the advertising on my car.

Does Omaha Need a New Stadium? - 10/06/07 01:03 PM
Omaha is working on plans for a new baseball stadium in an effort to guarantee a 20 year contract with the NCAA for the College World Series. Part of the plan to fund this project is to add a 2% entertainment tax. This has many residence of Omaha upset and not afraid to comment on it.
I am sure that many people against the new stadium are not wanting to see the end of Rosenblatt Stadium. This I understand. Rosenblatt has been the home of the CWS for many years and the tradition and atmosphere it holds will be hard to replace, … (1 comments)

Yes, the 80 Dodge condo project in Omaha NE will have a roof top pool.
The first three levels of 80 Dodge are retail and office space. This commercial footing, if you will, will be wider then the residential structure above. So, the roof of the commercial levels offers a terrace level on the 4th level for our residence. Besides the fact the the units on the 4th floor will have large terrace balconies, 80 Dodge will offer a glass enclosed roof top pool on this level as well.

There are many aspects to the condos at 80 Dodge in Omaha NE. One that many have asked about is parking.
Here is some of what I can tell you. The first phase will have enclosed parking that will be climate controlled. There are plans to have a security system in place for exit and entry as well as individual storage areas/unit in front of each parking space.
