We are excited to announce that the construction of the new facade of the Beverly Hills Plaza has begun. Darland Construction has begun tearing done the shake shingled roofs and pouring new concrete sidewalks. They will work from the Jerry Ryan store at the East end down to the Play it Again store on the West end. Once they reach the West end, the bay that is currently Play it Again Sports will be tore down. This is where the new 80 Dodge building will soon emerge as the west end cap of the plaza.
