Just a tip. At dinner to night I had a great conversation about this. It is a great time to be a buyer in the Austin Real Estate Market. But as your looking at Austin Properties for sale, remember to buy at the bottom of the market in the best neighborhood. Try not to buy the best house in a not so good neighborhood.
This will make your home an investment with a better return. Try to over look small cosmetic defects if you think it is something that can be replaced. Good luck!
