Sales Associated

I am a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Ozark in Hardy, Arkansas.  I have lived in the Ozarks for about 20 years now and have relocated from Missouri to Arkansas.  I love fishing so this is the perfect spot for me.  In Cherokee Village alone, there are seven (7) lakes and two (2) rivers.  If you like water and hunting and fishing or just hiking the trails and seeing the wild life, the Ozarks is the place for you.

Property prices are still affordable and so are the property taxes.  The neighbors are friendly and there is so much to do here.  We have four seasons and fall is really breathtaking.  If you should decide you'd like to come to the area there are several motels and some really nice nightly rentals that start as low as $69. per night.  My Company doesn't do nightly rentals, however I can certainly point you in the right direction for that, also.
