Well, it's been a great year. By the end of November, I will have sold 17 houses. We are in need of small ranches in Burlington, MA to sell to developers. Please let me know if you have one in any condition at all! The worse the better!

Another house sold in Burlington. These buyers got a great deal on this Mill st house. When they renovate it, they will increase the value by $125K. Call me for investment opportunities.
