The Obama administration announced changes to the Home Affordable Modification Program, which is targeted at helping those who are unemployed and "underwater" on their homes, two groups who need the help the most, and haven't been getting help...until now.
HAMP loan servicers will be required to provide 3 to 6 months of forbearance to eligible homeowners who lose their jobs, reducing their mortgage payments to a level that doesn't exceed 31 percent of their monthly income.

So many questions are being asked right now. "Will interest rates be raised?" "Will the health care reform bill hurt the investors in real estate?", "Will Tiger win the next Open?" and "Will the market survive without government subsidies?" It's a wonder we all got out of bed this morning and came to work.
