With Tampa Foreclosures declining, and buyers looking for that home they thought the couldn't afford but now can, the phones are starting to light up, and people are more optimistic regarding the real estate outlook. Buyers are starting to understand that the this market is unique and that these prices will not stay like this forever. With the market now in recovery mode, the price of existing homes, as the inventory decreases, will begin to climb to match that of remaining homes. Most are playing the Tampa Real Estate Market like the stock market, buy at the low end of the market, well … (0 comments)
