Has anyone heard how bad the economy is?  It seems we can hardly pass a display of new, flat screen TV's in Wal-Mart without hearing some prognosticator spouting off about the doom and gloom.  Has the world economy put the brakes on?  Heck yes.  This slow down in the economy has also opened several doors.  With credit and money in general being tighter, many people are looking for good deals when they purchase items.  Our live public auctions are a great way to buy and sell in the current economy.

boulder colorado: HUD Reverse Mortgage Foreclosure Auctions are a great opportunity! - 12/06/07 07:16 PM
Our company, Rocky Mountain Estate Brokers Realty LLC has contracted with the Denver area HUD Commissioner to conduct several reverse mortgage foreclosure auctions.  These foreclosures differ in many ways from a standard foreclosure.  Many of them present fantastic investment opportunities.
We currently are scheduled to conduct one in Boulder, Colorado on December 12, 2007.  The balance owed on the mortgage is $183,024.69.  Who is to really say what any property is worth in today's market, other than a willing buyer with cash, but, Zillow says this home is worth over $383,000.00.  When I do the math, it looks to me like that … (1 comments)
