DECEMBER HOUSING MARKET STATISTICS
The average new home price this month is 3% lower than one year ago (although price increase did occur in Johnson County), and the average existing home price is up 9% from one year ago. The average price for combined (new and existing) homes in the region is about the same as December 2008 (with an increase experienced in Johnson County).
