I know that it is the day after Thanksgiving, but, after all the hard work we go through preparing a great meal and get things ready for our families, I thought that some humor would calm us down.

People need to stop listening to the doom and gloom of the media.  They are partially to blame for our problems.  Good news gets one broadcast and then they are back to any bad.
Homes are selling.  There are less foreclosures in many areas and less notices of foreclosures.
This may be that last chance to get a deal.
