financing: 100% Financing Is Back and It's Not Based On Credit - 01/18/12 04:23 PM

My team and I have been using this program in my office to get buyers qualified over the past 6 months and its been going great! This program is available to all buyers throughout the U.S. The Highlights are as folows:
1. No Money Down
2. Not based on Credit
3. Interest Rate is 1% below Prime
4. It's only available to individuals that do not currently own a home.

financing: The Main Federal Funds Rate Has Been Cut By 1/2 A Point! How Soon Will We See The Effects? - 09/18/07 01:36 PM
According to MSNBC, The fed cut the main federal funds rate from 5.25 to 4.75. Many analyst believe other rates will be cut as well. As the market has slowed, the effects of the recently rising rates are evident across the real estate industry. So my question to the AR community is, Do you feel that this will have an immediate impact (within the next 6 months) or a more gradual effect?
