Many Buyers ask the same questions when they find their dream home. How Much Do I Offer? The answer is simple, look at the comps. The comps or comparable sales will allow you to gauge the true market value of the home you are looking to purchase. In some cases it will support an offer at or below the asking price if the home is priced to sell. In some instances where the property is listed below the market value, there may be multiple offers.
