I have loaned ...

Earlier this month, I found a posting about the Kiva Loan program. After reading and reading, and still more reading, I took the plunge and made 2 loans. I think that I have found a very worthwhile program here and am so glad that I can do a little something to help someone less fortunate than myself.

I just wish that I had more money to go around to some of the other folks out there that need our help.

Anyways, I also found this group and thought I would join and and say that hello to everyone!

Warm regards,

Tony Myers
The Roaming Notary
Plant City Florida
www.theroamingnotary.com

Small Claims Court Resource

Unfortunately there are times when a Notary Public has performed services for a company as a Notary Signing Agent and for some unknown reason, the company chooses not to remit payment for the services that the Notary has provided (and it really seems to be happening much more often lately).

After attempting the usual collections process and failing to garner any worthwhile results, there is fortunately the process of filing suit against the non-payor within the Small Claims Court system.

I found a link of very useful information that may interest you, regarding this Small Claims Court information. Check it out when you get the chance. It may save you some money in the long run.
