STOP...before you lock in that loan....NOTE: Due to inflation concerns 30 year fixed rates jumped to just over 6% (6.03%) last week for the first time in a month and a half. The 15 year fixed is at 5.62%, up .22%, abs the 5 year ARM is up .2% to 5.68%. … (0 comments)
