Well since Tuesday we have seen 60 properties come on the market, 15 go under contract, and 13 close. While we were in New Orleans, all 3 ski areas in Park City closed for the season despite all of them having over 120 inch bases!
The season was one of the best in memory even though we had somewhat of a late start.
