I like you, always keep an eye peeled for great stories of how others are adding value to people they come into contact with weather it is at work, or just out and about in the public.

Recently I was in a seminar, and one component that really struck me was, when we are in front of clients, friends, relatives, or whom ever, how well are we really listening to what they are saying.
What are your listening skills like? Are you formulating a question while the other person is still speaking? Are you observing there body actions? Are you really listening to what they are saying?
Since attending the seminar, I have observed people interacting. Watching there body language, paying attention to my own. How, or am I listening attentively to the other person. I noticed that most people … (37 comments)
