Under Contract Again!! Yea!!!!!

I am a little excited that I have my buyers under contract for the 2nd time on the same house!! but I must say that having to make offers on so many homes just to get one under contract is crazy and then when you put the offer in 3 more come at the same time and you hear those now becoming famous words "we will have to go to highest and best" . Ugh, that has driven me crazy, but finally after a little persistance and patience I now have my buyers under contract, so I don't have to hear those famous words - now lets see what the lender can do to make it work!!!
