Rates are falling!!!

Interest rates have fallen to the lowest level seen in years. Now is the time to buy...before the end of the year so our clients can ensure Homestead Exemption for 2009. I quoted a 30 yr fixed rate today at 5.375% with no points!!! Rates change every day...if you have buyers who are sitting on the fence share this news with them...who knows how long rates are going to stay this low.
