So you just sold a house and your client ask about who to get homeowners insurance with, what do you tell them ? When your insurer gives you the policy document, generally, all you do is glance over the decorated words in the policy and pile it up with the other bunch of financial papers on your desk, right? I never buy extended warranties, but this sure sounds like sound logic. This month I want to share with you a little trick that I learned to help choose the best appliances when building your own home. When we built our house I did not know this little gem so we wound up with some new appliances that have not been that great.
