There are many ways to search for Lethbridge real estate.  You can go directly to the Realtor.ca website and search there or you can go to any of the private Lethbridge Realtor's own website which reposts the same data.

Today I received an email asking if Redfin was available in Canada.  The short answer to the question is NO.
 
The long answer offers a bit more help and will provide a bit of detail to the original question. 
 
Redfin is a for sale by owner stlye company which operates in several FSBO real estate markets in the US.  As of yet, there is no Redfin Canada.  Redfin uses a paid membership of Realtors who join in the hopes of sharing some referrals of FSBO clients.  The site uses a combination of referrals and rebates to consumers … (4 comments)

Here is a heads up to anyone who has been watching Lethbridge interest rates and waiting to make a move.  The bond market went crazy in Canada the past 2 days and by the end of today it will be even crazier.  This is putting huge pressure on interest rates to rise, as the lenders like to maintain a spread between the bond rate and the fixed long term mortgage rates.
