Is the Florida Real Estate Market Improving? We've been hard hit here for lots of reasons. Prices got rediculously high and were supported by appraisals, lenders, Realtors, and buyers. Then the second shoe fell, and reality stepped in. We've had the flood of foreclosures, short sales, auctions, etc. Lots of buyers (2 comments)

The bad news we saw today was the 374 point , or 2.7% plummet of the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Blame has been placed on the psychological anniversary of the October 19, 1987 Black Monday, when the DJIA feel 23%. Let's just think of it as a necessary correction. On the (0 comments)

The housing market is flooded with properties for sell, and buyers and investors are having a difficult time deciding on what to buy and when to buy it. How can we as Realtors educate buyers and investors that it is okey to simply make an offer, any offer? If buyers are interested in a property, and they think it is overpriced, they can just make an offer at the price they believe is correct.. Why is that not (7 comments)
