Good offer? Bad offer? The key is in the elements.
Multiple offers and frenetic bidding have largely gone the way of the wild goose, for now. Today we're focused on the offer we have today. This afternoon, tomorrow, next week or even next month hold hope, but no promise of another one. The offer we have today... The buyer conceives it, the buyer's agent casts it in a warm glow, the seller's agent presents it in the best possible light, and the seller must weigh it, roll it, bounce it and ultimately accept it, counter it, or reject it.

By no stretch do I claim to be at the top, but I am feeling lonely lately.
It happens in every industry, when the going gets tough some will head for the door clutching their career surfboards and searching for the next big wave.
If you've had a great year, then bless you. I've been witness to many agents simply dropping out for lack of business. In some cases this is unfortunate, in others not so much. County approves Planned Development along the Black River Black River Sports won approval from Georgetown County Council for a Planned Development (PD) on the Black River just north of the Highway 701 bridge 7 miles north of Georgetown, SC. The permit now awaits approval from DHEC (South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.) The final plan is projected to include a dry stack boat storage facility, a marina with slips, boat ramp, and fueling facility.
