Newcomers to the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Cary) are often shocked to find that when we have snow, all most everyone has a snow day.  The schools close, as do government offices, and other employees take the opportunity to work from home.  So if you are planning a move to the Triangle or just moved here, I would like to give you a few pointers and answer a few questions as to what to expect in a Triangle snow day.

I've changed my Active Rain photo to show my twin boys attempting to toss their younger brother into Lake Erie.  The significance of this photo is not to show my beautiful sons and their attempt to drown their baby brother, but to reflect my current state in Real Estate.  The picture is symbolic because it is about trust and taking chances.

I love first time buyers!  My favorite first time buyers are the ones that show up at their first appointment on time with paper and pen in hand.  These wonderful first time buyers value and respect their Realtor and look to the Realtor for much needed guidance.  It is not just their enthusiasm and excitement for their first home purchase that make these clients so special, it is the fact that they understand that real estate is not easy and that they need help.
