Do you enjoy an auction?  If so you might be interested in the 25th Hendersonville Shrine Club Auction http://www.hendersonvilleshriners.com/ which is being held Saturday at the North Henderson High off US 64 on Fruitland Road.You'll find cars, trucks and the like plus restaurant and golf packages, vacations and on and on!  The monies go to support the "kids" at the Shriners Hospital.The doors open at 8 A.M.Come on out and see if there is something there for you!

These numbers are provided by the 4 County WNC Regional MLS system and represent home sales in Buncombe (Asheville Area), Haywood, Henderson (Hendersonville Area) and Transylvania (Brevard Area) counties
The above statistics are for residential properties only -- Includingtown homes, condo's, manufactured, preconstruction for four counties in the Western NC area that our MLS services -- Henderson, Buncombe, Transylvania and Haywood CountiesLand/Lots are not included in these figures.  If you would find other stats helpful, such as by county, I'll be glad to provide you with that information.

Leon Jacobs, Jr. will be performing in the July Music by the Lake concert.This event takes place at Blue Ridge Community College, Hendersonville NC on Sunday July 18, 5 to 7 P.M.  It's free and open to the public.Mr. Jacobs is a self taught keyboard artist from Lawrenceville, GA and will entertain with classical, gospel, blues, country and rock n roll.Your invited to bring a picnic and lawn chairs to enjoy the concert.  If the weather doesn't cooperate the concert will take place in the Killian Building Student Lounge.  For further information you can call 828-694-1743.
