The strong buyers market continues with a lot of inventory for buyers to choose from including short sales and foreclosures.  Sellers continue to adjust their prices for current market conditions and all prices are negotiable.  The good news is that although inventory remains hefty it has come down with more properties closing.  This is probably reflecting buyers taking advantage of the First Time Home Buyers Tax Credit which has now been been extended until April 2010 and includes a tax credit for qualifying home owners as well.  The current market offers great opportunities and … (0 comments)
