Strange Looking Visitor -- While out in the yard yesterday I noticed this strange visitor and had to get a picture.  Strange but pretty markings and coloring.  Instead of being symetrical on left and right its two sides were similar, but, different.  It seems strange that the front left leg is black and the right blue?

These numbers are provided by the 5 County Western NC Regional MLS system and representresidential home sales in Buncombe (Asheville Area), Haywood, Henderson (Hendersonville Area), Madison and Transylvania (Brevard Area)  counties.  Land/lots are not included in these figures.  If you would find other stats helpful, such as individual counties, let us know.
