Hendersonville NC - Western NC Regional MLS Residential January Market Report

These stats are for the 5 counties served by our Multiple Listing Service and are for residential properties only, not including condo's, lots/land.
Inventory is lower in part due to many properties not renewing their listing contracts and waiting until the Spring to do so.
The strong buyers market continues.  Buyers still have a great selection to choose from including short sales and foreclosures which generally take some patience as they are slow moving.  Low interest rates continue and I can't imagine a better time for buyers/investors in a position to purchase than now.  … (6 comments)
