Gosh, it was soooo comforting to see the Newspaper article in our local Hendersonville Newspaper (The Times-News) today regarding state income tax refunds. I've been checking for the last few weeks to see if our refund has made it into our local checking account -- alas NO!! But now I know there is hope and that they intend to refund the refunds!
