These numbers are provided by the 4 County Western NC Regional MLS system and represnethome sales in Buncombe (Asheville Area), Haywood, Henderson (Hendersonville Area) andTransylvania (Brevard Area)  counties

The statistics are for residential properties only, including town homes, condos, manufactured housingand preconstruction properties for Henderson, Buncombe, Transylvania and Haywood counties.Note the home sales difference from 2008 to 2009!  It appears we've improved somewhat from last year.  Hopefully these figures will hold when they get re-adjusted for properties that failed to Close, etc.The strong buyers market continues.  It's a great time to purchase if you are in the position to do so … (0 comments)
