Let the Barn Owl Out! - 06/22/10 09:45 AM
When I went into our attached garage this morning to see the barn owl my husband said was there, I neglected to close the adjoining kitchen door and the owl flew into the house! We keep one garage door cracked enough for the cat to go in and out and apparently the owl flew in and roosted on the garage door frame. Once in the house he perched on the den lamp and then the kitchen pot rack. We left all doors open and he didn't seem interested in leaving but eventually he did. When Stephanie and her family made an offer on my listing many years ago, she began calling me for help because her agent was not responsive. I explained on more than one occasion that I couldn't help her because she had a buyers agreement with another agent and I was representing the seller.
