Recently my seller was presented with an offer that was negotiable but the buyer and the seller couldn't come to an agreement over a $4,900 dollars difference. Is that reasonable? So close. Yes, they first picted home #2 but it had gone under contract the evening before we called, then to home #3 but the builder wouldn't negotiate with us (can you believe it?) so we found house #4.
