1. Any additional keys or garage door remote controls. Ask your agent where to leave them. I suggest a kitchen drawer.

Often a home buyer or home seller executes the contract when they sign. Please don't do that.

Several years ago Texas Real Estate Commission included a paragraph in our purchase contracts allowing the buyer the unrestricted right to terminate an offer and receive their earnest money back.
