Myths dispelled...
 
 
1. Myth- Our nation is in a recession and I should wait to do anything.
    Truth- Real Estate is a local market and Central Illinois has shown stability over the last 12 months. We have approximately the same number of homes for sale and they are consistently selling at the same rate as last year.
 
2. Myth- All Real Estate companies are having problems.
    Truth- Keller Williams locally has continued to increase in market share (the number of houses sold) where others are rapidly declining.
