I'm wondering how much time the average vs. above average Realtor puts in. It is certainly not a 40 hour per week career. I am finding that the more time put in the more benefits come out. I'm not just talking about coming in to the office every day and sitting at your desk from 9 to 5. I believe QUALITY produces QUANTITY. Quality meaning coming into the office and making some calls, connections, producing some leads and following up on some too. The more quality time you spend the more quantity of production you are going to produce. I see too many agents coming in each day, sitting at their desk for 8 hours doing God only knows what and then crying because they aren't getting anywhere. I'm reminded of the saying Time is Money. Put in the time - and you will make the money. But don't be fooled, that TIME needs to have some sustenance to it! I know I put in QUALITY time and I am seeing results. So how much QUALITY time do you think you need to put in to get the QUALITY you want??
