So yesterday was a normal Sunday. Jeannie and I each held one of our listings open, separated by about 15 miles give or take. About midway through I received a call from a client that was to come out to my open to see our new listing which met much of their criteria. She said that they decided it was too far from where they wanted to be, and she wanted to see another property. I took the listing information and made the arrangements to show the property after my open was completed.
