2007 was the busiest year of my life. With the birth of our first child as well as moving our office and opening our auction center in Kansas City, we have had our hands very full. With all of these blessings, I have been less then active on my active rain blogging for a few months.
I would like to take this time to reflect on a good year, commit to more active blogging, and wish everyone a prosperous and happy 2008.
Oh, and since I have an opportunity I will share a recent photo of our 6 month old son Lincoln.

Myth 7 - I Won't Know If I am The Winning Bidder on Auction Day.
Typically the results of an auction are known on the day of the auction. In some cases there might need to be confirmation from the seller who is not available at the time of the auction. In this case a professional auction company will disclose to the bidders that notification of acceptance will be given within a specific time period.
If the property is being sold at absolute auction then there is no need for seller confirmation and the high bidder will know that they are the winning bidder on auction day.
