The O'Brian Stats for The Antelope Valley Palmdale November 6 2008 Keller Williams Realty AVOctober sold in the Palmdale, Lancaster & other core areas was 668 units VS 187 in October 07 that a whopping 257% gain in sold units.Here is another shocker open escrows from August 2007 through December 07 in the core area was 856.  From August 2008 YTD we have open 2,365 units that over 176% gain in open escrows.November is starting to show some holiday pressure in open escrows.
