Okay we are starting to see an uptick in prices as the moratorium on releasing bank-own homes into the market remains in place.  Yesterday we have a odd range of active inventory.  Within the core area we had 750 total active with 250 bank own (REOs) and 250 short sales (pre foreclosure) leaving 250 as normal sales.
