On these hot dogs days of summer real estate is all over the place.  Buyers were holding back in May and June but are now starting to check things out.  To bad we just don’t have the inventory right now.  Bank owned homes under 50 units, Short Sales under 70 units.  The deals are still here but you need to move fast and have your loan in the works and cash for you down and closing cost in the bank.
