(Not At All) Wordless Wednesday....The Lone Ranger! I Have admired this particular BARN for a long time and finally parked my car and climbed the fence and walked across the pasture just to get a close-up of what I call "The Loan Ranger". It sits all alone in a huge field with cattle all around. Most of the Barns I capture are always close to another building or some type of old home...but not this one! It's standing the test of time all by itself! If you look closely you can even see the lightning rods on top. This is (26 comments)

Aren't they just supposed to help you get a house sold? These are the two questions a friend of mine asked when I recommended him having a home inspection on the home I was showing him and his family. My answer was....YES and NO! YES you can believe them and NO...they aren't here just to help me get a home sold! They are there to help you (not make a big mistake). They are there to show you things that need to be addressed now and in the future whether the seller (10 comments)

This is a true Image of Time Gone By in the Bristol Tn Va area! The Corn Crib was a neat fixture on every farm that I knew of growing up. It was unique in the fact that the you could spot the yellow corn from a long ways away! If Public Utilities Are Available You Must Be Connected! - 03/15/11 06:52 AM
If Public Utilities Are Available You Must Be Connected! This is just a quick reminder that I was totally unaware of. I had a listing in a subdivision where public sewer had been recently installed throughout the neighborhood. My seller had elected not to TAP on at that time because of $$$$ issues and the fact that his septic system was working fine.....and many others around him were electing not to TAP on at that time. I wrote a contract on the Home and the buyers were fine knowing that they could tap on at anytime in the future as long (25 comments)

When it comes to figuring out what you can sell your property or home for you can take one of two roads. VALUE or WORTH! Webster says that VALUE is to estimate the worth of. And also says that... WORTH is having a value of or good enough to justify. It's ironic that both use each other to define themselves! In the end I really believe that ....the VALUE or WORTH of anything at any given time is what someone is willing to pay for it! THAT'S WHY.....It's so important to (18 comments)

(Not So) Wordless Wednesday...One Of The Last Ones Standing! Wordless Wednesdays have become a series of images I capture that just plainly can't be left WORDLESS! This particular BARN is totally surrounded by homes from the mid 200's to one multi-million dollar home and is located less than a mile from the Country Club Of Bristol! A Sad Day In Real Estate.....Two Condos Back On The Market I've had two Condos under contract for over 6 months waiting on a Judge to rule whether or not the two units can be rented or they have to be owner occupied.
