Always make A Lasting Impression!
After a closing yesterday where I represented the sellers I started thinking about how important it is as a seller and listing agent....to leave a really good lasting impression on the buyers!
We all know that the home is to be left in broom swept condition prior to closing.....I personally think the seller and listing agent should go a little further before the close. Some of the below suggestions should be done after the final walk-through but, before closing so that there's a little WOW factor when the buyers come back to their New HOME!

A poor old possum met his demise not too long ago and these two are trying to do their civic duty and save the tax payers money by taking care of the clean-up by themselves.
If only more of us were like them......not with road-kill....but with other things we see in our daily lives that we could help other people with.

This is a carcass of something recently found in the crawl space of a really nice home. The problem here was that the entry into the crawl space was not properly secure with the correct door which enabled critters to make their way in. This one just happened not to make its way back out!
This is just another reason to make your own inspection from time to time to eliminate things like this from happening....just take a few minutes once a month to check areas like this out....it could really … (27 comments)

Number 2 would be a crawl space so wet that Bullfrogs feel welcome......
This is just one of those areas you need to check every now and then to make sure it stays dry!
This is one item I've never had show up on a home inspection before.....I can only imagine how long this amphibious friend has been underneath this house. It is just me or would this scare anybody into making sure they have a home inspection?
It amazes me the short cuts you see some builders make when they are building homes......How in the world could this have passed inspection?
