real estate: My Open House in Richmond Yesterday
- 03/15/08 11:40 PM
Yesterday I held a lovely Open House at my Royal Lakes listing in Richmond, TX. There were some wonderful people who came through to "take the tour". Many of them were just out driving and saw the signs and decided to take advantage of this opportunity to walk the inside of a 7,600 SF home. I don't mind at all. It's good company and you never know who may have a friend who might be looking for something like this. I had a couple stop in once and tell me that they were just looking for decorating ideas for the new (8 comments)

I was pretty sure that I didn't want to spend the rest of my career marking up contracts. With all of the money that I was spending to go back to school, I knew that I better come out of school with something that I (3 comments)
