I'm wondering what all your opinions are about Realtor.com. Do you find it worth it to be seen there?Also . . . does anyone out there have any experience with Realtor.Com's Market Snapshot?Does it work well for you? Does it generate leads?

Palm Smartphone (755p) stopped pushing email - 03/19/08 06:30 PM
Update to this issue: and Warning:
Don't spend any time on this tech issues, even Palm and Verizon Techs couldn't figure it out.
Just as quickly as it stopped "pushing email"..it started pushing again. No tech support person had any explanation.
"unbelievable isn't it".
I spent hours on this issue, and it just worked itself out one day.
I have the Palm 755P. It has for some weird reason stopped "pushing" my email through automatically. I can "get" my email, but I want it to automatically push it through and notify me.

Wanted! Highly skilled realtors! Advise needed for Condo Seller with water damage.
A few minutes ago, I read a story in our local paper per about a condo owner in Minneapolis who has been trying to sell. After being on the market for some time, and adjusting downward several times, he finally received an offer. Once again, I say ... the sky is not falling. Many realtors (mostly inexperienced with little or no skills) are leaving the already saturated real estate market, but properties that are priced correctly are moving.
Here are all the condo sales (these properties have all closed) since June 1, 2007. There are 88 of them.
They are sorted from Oldest to Newest sale so you can see the progression of the market over the last few months.

So call me slow, but I eventually get there. So what's all the deal about those little Orange RSS Icons. AND what does RSS mean anyway? Today I found out. RSS means Really Simple Syndication.
