I was just approached by a new client that was working with an agent but she was not happy with his attitude and how he was always short with her! If you know me, I can joke with the best out there and hold a good conversation and so on. The client did not sign a buyer agreement, so she is clear? Right? She was so mad she wanted me to write something to him telling him I was taking over . I did not do it, I can't so I thought I write something here
I know this is a business where you have to watch your back or someone could steal your business! I was not trying to steal anything from anyone, it just landed on my lap!
I guess is pays to be a nice guy in this business!

I'm not making fun of the flooding but I have seen so many for sale signs under water on the news, that I feel bad for the sellers! I know this is the prime time to put your home on the market, but Mother Nature wants you to stay! I live in Lake County IL not to far from the Wisconsin state line and I see this everynight on the news. I guess we are getting the overflow from Wisconsin into our chain of lakes.
What can sellers do in this situation? What if they are ready to close? can the buyer back out legally?
