I have a listing that is not selling and my client needs to move on. He is asking me if the home will sell better vacant or lived in? I was thinking if we go the with vacant we need to still stage it. Do you stage your homes? does it help? Or should we just leave as is and go from there. The house is beautiful but it is competing with Short sales and Foreclosures. WE would like to sell before the school season begins, so we are reaching out to you.jpg?1343213020)
