Thank you Lowe's for getting my name out there! If you are not familiar with the Lowes Home Improvement Realtor Program, you are missing an opportunity to get more clients! And make the clients you have happy!
 Everyone at one point or another will need to hit a home improvement store like Lowes' or Home Depot, so why not get your name out there!

It pays to use a St. Joseph! This house was under contract within 2 weeks of listing on the MLS!
True Story! I brought over the St. Joe to my clients house and she placed in the ground by the front of the house. Later that night about 10pm , I got a call from her saying she had a few people over from the neighborhood and were talking about her selling her home.
