So many deals out there but no money for a down payment? Some lenders just won't give some good people another chance without at least 3.5% down! After the "Obama" Tax Credit ended, I looked  for other ways to try to get some business and I found it!  I live in Lake County IL. and the County is offering a Down Payment Assistance Program! I Just turned some renters into owners! Again why rent if you can afford to own!

LAS VEGAS -- Real estate agents said they are thrilled with Thursday's mortgage fraud bust that arrested 123 people in southern Nevada.
 
"Operation Stolen Dreams," as it was dubbed by law enforcement, was described as the largest in ever when it came to confronting mortgage fraud.
 
A total of 485 arrests were made nationwide and losses totaled more than $2.3 billion, U.S. Attorney Daniel Bogden said.
