Hello everyone... has anyone had any experiances working with LCS Financial ? I have a short sale working that is a Litton Loan which I have already recieved a letter to close. On the other hand... LCS is a Jr Lein Holder representing Litton Loan Services. I have gone round and round over the past couple months with LCS in getting them to give me a letter for the Jr Lein. You recieve a call from a home owner who is deperate to get their home sold. During your interview with the home owner you realize the home owner is a few months behind on their mortgage payments and are concerned about loosing thier home to foreclosure. What is your next step ?

Oak Grove Tourism additions to the Veterans Memorial Park - 08/03/08 12:24 AM
 Oak Grove Kentucky continues to grow with the addition of the New Amply Theater being built at the Veterans Memorial Park with a completion date estimated some time around September 2008. This project first come out in 2003 and was planned to open Phase 1 in the spring of 2007. It is now well under way and will be a great addition to the area. I'm looking forward to the concerts that will come to the local area.
Along with the new out door theater, there are walking trails and a picnic area nestled into the wood line.

Oak Grove Kentucky growth continues - 08/02/08 10:34 PM

Since the opening of Wal*Mart Super Center in Oak Grove, Kentucky there has been a growth spurt. Many new stores and Resturants have come to the area since Wal*Mart opened it's doors in Oak Grove.

 
 
 
Two of the newest stores to open are the Dollar Tree and Hibbett Sports
 
 
 
 
Also there is a new Contract Post Office just outside Fort Campbell's Gate 4 at the US Cavalry Store

Clarksville's Exit 1 Continues to Grow - 08/02/08 09:58 PM
 Clarksville's Exit 1 continues to grow. Walgreen's is set to open soon. The flyers hit mail boxes today offering $25 if you move your perscriptions to Walgreen's This is going to be a great additon to the area. Walgreen's is located on the corner to Tiny Town Road and Trenton Road.
 There is also a drive threw Pharmacy window so there is no need in having to park, walk in and wait in line. Just drive around to the window and your all set.
